Corey McBride
Software Engineer
Mr. McBride has more than 13 years of experience developing CAE software. He received a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University in 1999 and 2002, respectively. In 2000, he worked at Patterned Fiber Composites, Inc. where he improved the speed and efficiency of the company's FEA algorithms. From 2001 to 2002 he worked at Direct Controls Inc. Mr. McBride joined the development team in 2002 where he developed key parts of the ParaView server, Prism, SummitView, and other modeling and visualization components. He currently works on core meshing functionality, including geometry libraries and meshing algorithms. Mr. McBride is proficient in C++, C, Python, XML, HTML, and Java.
